PLACES for PEOPLE
HANOVER PLACE is designed around people, built for connection, and centred on the shared home concept. At the heart of the building is the Place of People — a lounge, kitchen, laundry, and study space created as the social and practical hub of student life. It’s where daily routines and casual encounters come together, fostering friendships, shared meals, and side-by-side study sessions. This is more than an apartment complex; it’s a home base where independence meets community.
The studios themselves are bright, welcoming, and crafted for comfort. Thoughtful design like high ceilings, and abundant natural light make each space feel spacious and liveable. Built to last with robust, low-maintenance materials like concrete blockwork, metal cladding, and double-glazed aluminium windows, the building combines durability with warmth. Designed by award-winning Melbourne-based Breathe Architects. Hanover Place balances practical living with a sense of home.

Sustainability lorem ipsum

We believe sustainability is achieved through longevity, and durability, energy efficiency, lower embodied carbon and elimination of fossils fuels where possible. As part of our approach to making (sustainable apartments), we favour materials that don’t wear out or need premature replacement. These homes are as resilient as the students who live in them. By caring for the planet today, HANOVER PLACE supports the future leaders of tomorrow.
