Brought to you by the team behind Ebb-Dunedin (Otherplaces) in collaboration with local architects (AHHA), the building embraces leading sustainability principles (energy-efficient, fossil-fuel-free operations, low carbon construction and material re-use), provides spaces to create community (ground floor food and beverage space) and delivers a limited number (16) of apartments that feel like home (warm, well built, well sized).

The 15 Minute City
The 15 Minute City
Exploring a city on foot sets the best pace for discovering its character; stroll, pause, observe, carry on. Getting around Dunedin on foot is relatively easy. In fact, we’re known as the 15 minute city for this very reason. Even if you don’t have a vehicle*, the central city is compact, easily walkable and cycle-friendly, with other transport options including a public bus and taxi.
