The 15 Minute City

Exploring a city on foot sets the best pace for discovering its character; stroll, pause, observe, carry on. Getting around Dunedin on foot is relatively easy. In fact, we’re known as the 15 minute city for this very reason. Even if you don’t have a vehicle*, the central city is compact, easily walkable and cycle-friendly, with other transport options including a public bus and taxi.

PLACES of PERMANENCE

Designed for long-term liveability and year-round comfort, Hanover Place will demonstrate the potential of socially and environmentally sustainable apartment design in New Zealand. From the enduring materials used to the thoughtful architecture, every element has been considered to enhance daily living, foster local community and promote a healthier lifestyle—with minimal impact on the environment.

Comprising 16 residences and a ground-floor retail space, the contemporary design takes cues from the surrounding streetscape and the existing structure of the site. The result is a building that feels distinct, novel and congruous with its surroundings.
